Orders are shipped via reliable courier partners such as Delhivery or BlueDart, selected based on delivery location and shipping method. All products are securely packaged and undergo quality checks to ensure safe transit and a premium unboxing experience.

We offer a 100% Delivery Guarantee. If your order is lost in transit or not delivered for any reason, you may choose between:

  • Free reshipment
  • Full refund

Damaged or Missing Items

If your product arrives damaged or incomplete, please notify us immediately after delivery. After verification, a replacement will be sent at no additional cost.

Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed. Delays caused by customs authorities or unforeseen logistical issues are beyond our control; however, we will assist you until resolution.

Refund / Cancellation Policy

At Watches & Glasses, customer satisfaction is important to us. We take pride in the quality of our watches and sunglasses and have designed a transparent policy to ensure clarity, fairness, and confidence while shopping with us.

Returns & Refunds

We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery only in case of manufacturing defects or damaged products.

  • Returned products must be unused, sealed, and in original packaging
  • All returns are subject to quality inspection (QC)
  • Once approved, refunds are initiated within 15 days to the original payment method

Note: Parcel open video required compulsory for claim.

Exchange Policy

If you wish to change the style, color, or model, we offer a 3-day exchange policy from the date of delivery.

Exchange Process

  • Customers must inform us within 3 days of delivery through our support channel
  • The product will be picked up, undergo QC, and the replacement will be dispatched after approval
  • A ₹200 shipping & handling charge is applicable for exchange requests

Exchanges Will Be Void If:

  • Requested after the allowed timeframe
  • Sent without prior intimation
  • The product fails QC
  • Any accessories or original packaging are missing

Replacement Policy (Damaged / Defective Products)

All products are thoroughly checked before dispatch. However, if you receive a damaged or defective product:

  • Notify us immediately upon delivery
  • Share a parcel opening video for verification
  • After validation, a free replacement will be shipped
  • All courier charges will be borne by us

Replacement Processing Time

  • Standard replacement processing time is 15–20 days
  • Customers seeking faster resolution may choose to place a new order, after which the previous order will be adjusted accordingly

Shipping Responsibility for Returns

  • Customers are responsible for returning products to our designated address
  • We strongly recommend using a secure and trackable shipping method
  • Sharing the tracking number helps avoid delays or disputes

Order Rejection / Undelivered Orders

  • Delivery is attempted up to 3 times
  • If an order is rejected by the customer, no refund will be issued
  • If you are unavailable at the delivery address, inform us within 15 days from the order date
  • We can re-dispatch the parcel; shipping charges may apply depending on the situation

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched
  • Cancellation requests before dispatch may be considered at our discretion

  • Products are not eligible for return or refund due to change of mind
  • Refunds, exchanges, and replacements are strictly subject to policy conditions
  • The company reserves the right to approve or deny requests after QC evaluation
